Do Irish Doodles shed?

Irish Doodles are considered low-shedding dogs, thanks to the Poodle’s influence on their genetics. While they shed much less than many other breeds, they’re not completely shed-free. The amount of shedding can vary based on whether their coat is more Poodle-like (curly and low-shedding) or closer to the Irish Setter’s (wavy and moderate-shedding). Regular grooming, including brushing a few times a week, helps manage shedding and keeps their coat healthy and tangle-free. Their low-shedding coats also make them a popular choice for families with mild allergies.
