My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Scout! This sweet 7yr. old Cattle dog mix was adopted from us 6 years ago and was recently returned due to a change in the household/finances. This sweet girl is easy to love. Friendly and aiming to please everyone she meets. Housetrained, knows basic commands and walks very well on leash. When at home she loves her squeaky toys, bed and lots and lots of pets. Scout can be a tense and assertive girl towards some other dogs but when paired with the right temperament does very well. She struggles with some separation anxiety and though not destructive can be very vocal so a house would be her best environment. She is a smart girl and knows her way out of a fence so we wouldn’t want to leave her unattended for a length of time outside. Her perfect home would be with someone that works from home or is retired. This sweet girl has a lot of life left in her and is ready to be settled in a permanent home.
