Kane is a 14 month old Olde English Bulldog who was the victim of the downturned economy. His original owner lost his job and his home and was forced to turn his pets in because he was unable to provide for them. But Kane is such a happy-go-lucky dude that he will be happy wherever he lives. Kane is a muscular 55 pounds of love. He doesn't know his own strength so he has a tendency to bowl you over when he comes running to you. He tries to get up in your lap and he likes to smother your face with kisses from that big tongue. While most Bulldogs are known to be couch potatoes, this guy is pretty active and will need a home that will give him the exercise he craves. He gets along just fine with the other dogs in the home - I have no idea how he would be with cats tho (I doubt there would be an issue but since I don't have any, I can't tell that for sure). He likes toys but he especially likes his food and treats. I have to feed him with a special bowl to keep him from gobbling his meal too fast. Kane is NOT housebroken and he has been marking his territory however, he was just recently neutered so that should become less of a problem over time. Kane is up to date with his shots as well as being dewormed and microchipped. Kane would probably be a great companion for older kids. He loves to romp and play however, he would be a menace around the younger & smaller kids. He does go in a crate nicely but he needs a place where that is used sparingly since he loves to interact with his humans and be a part of their lives. Kane has a great smile and will be sure to bring years of happiness in the right home.
