My story

My name is Baci, it means "kisses" in Italian. I was bred by a person that sells dogs and gets rid of them when not sold in time and gives them away to vet's offices or anyone. I have been very scared in cages most of my life, I am only 6 months old and I would love a caring, loving person to give me a home and her lap to rest my head on and be happy. Will you be that angel for me?

Baci is an adorable Maltese Shitzu mix, only 6 pounds and has vaccines and has been vetted. We will be spayed when she is more stabilized in the foster home since she was just rescued. A lady that loves animals and has some of her own, offered to foster her and is she is pampering Baci. If you are interested in meeting or adopting Baci please call us at 786 368-8005 or call Gigi at 305 934-1697 or email us at furangelsrescue@gmail.com An application must be filled out, you can download it from our website www.furangelsrescue.com and email to us. A home visit is required for adoption.

Why adoption is a great option

Baci, a Miami Maltese/Shih Tzu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese/Shih Tzu for sale in Miami, or seeking a Maltese/Shih Tzu dog from a breeder in Miami.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Miami already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Miami breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese/Shih Tzu breeders who help with Maltese/Shih Tzu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Miami paves the way for another one to be saved.
