My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Alice! Have you ever laid eyes on a more stunning cat in your life! Sky blue eyes that pierce right into your soul! Alice has slightly crossed eyes when she is intently looking at something which adds cute factor and character. White feet with chocolate paw pads...too cute! Her markings and coloring couldnt have been more perfectly placed than if an artist painted and placed them. I especially love that little chocolate nose and perfectly placed goatee! Alice is an 18 month old 6 lb. Snowshoe spayed female. Snowshoes can be confused with Siamese but are indeed their own breed that originated from crossing Siamese with American Shorthairs here in the US. Breeding them and acquiring a consistent result can be difficult as getting the color pattern specific to their breed is not always predictable even from 2 registered parents so to get one this perfectly marked is truly a treasure!
Alice is SUPER sweet natured, gentle, meek, and VERY playful. Alice is fabulous with other cats! Alice would be a perfect addition to a household looking for a playmate and snuggle buddy for another cat. Alice has been known to groom and love on her other feline housemates. Her gentle yet playful fun and games personality would be well suited as a playmate for any age kitty. She is quiet, well behaved, healthy, and litter box perfect. Love the coat! Her coat reminds me for all the world of petting a bunny. Alice lives to play and will sit a stare at you until you pick up her favorite toy and engage her in a fun game. Alices playful fun and games personality make her tons of fun and entertaining too! She does not ask for much but loves balls that jingle to roll around the floor, a shoelace, or toys on a wand that hopefully you will swing around for her to chase. Alice can get some very amazing air time trying to catch the toy on a wand as you can see on her video. She comes to you often and begs with those baby blues for a fun game of chase the string. She also loves trying to figure out what the humans are saying she will stare at us when we are talking with her head tilted to the side as if she is trying to figure out what we are saying. She does talk a tiny bit herself but just enough to be really super cute but not enough to be annoying! Alice is amazingly well mannered and non-aggressive as for example I can leave a bag of cat food out and she will not disturb the bag even when she is hungry. Most cats would take matters into their own paws and rip a hole in the bag but Alice is very non-destructive and well mannered.
Alice has a rough past as she was brought into the vet clinic 6 months ago by one of their clients as a feral stray they found in their backyard that they brought in to euthanize. Anyone who dares to look into those baby blues though is smitten. The vet couldnt euthanize such an extraordinarily beautiful individual. They asked Last Hope to take her instead which we agreed. Alice has transformed over the last 6 months in a foster home from completely scared feral kitty to a normal sweet gentle house cat. Alice is 100% well-adjusted and wonderfully normal in her foster home with her human family of 4, however, new environments and strangers are still extremely scary to her. Alice is looking for a home where her new Mom and/or Dad will allow her time, love, and gentleness while she adjusts to them. An experienced cat owner or an owner willing to follow her foster Mom's instructions to the letter on introducing her to a new home is required. A quiet home with mellow 1-2 humans is preferred for a quick and easy adjustment. Despite her rough past, Alice has a very bright and promising future as someones treasured pet. Once adjusted Alice is a joy to have around, sweet as sugar, super fun/playful and interactive, and a beauty to behold. If you think you might be the perfect match for Alice then contact Kim at 651-452-7564 or kzotty15@msn.com Adoption Fee $180. Alice is completely vaccinated including boosters, Feline Leukemia/FIV Neg., wormed, vet checked, spayed, and comes with a health guarantee. Alice is currently in a foster home that only fosters one kitty at a time, has no pets of their own, spoils their foster kitties rotten, knows their personality inside and out, has 20 years experience fostering kitties, and gives them tons of love and TLC. Tons of questions are encouraged and future follow-up of behavioral or health question welcomed.
