Calvin is a Chow mix pup that was born in Sept of 2013. Calvin is a very sweet boy that is good with other dogs, cats and older kids.
Calvin was found tied to a tree in a city park some weeks ago so not much is known about his background but It seems as if Calvin was not socialized very much in his first home because he is unsure of himself in new situations and would rather sit back and watch new things before really investigating.
He is not much of a barker and will most likely always be on the quiet side..
Calvin is doing really well in his foster home and loves playing chase with his other foster dogs or just laying outside soaking up some sunshine. Calvin will need a family that will take time showing him the normal things that dogs do like going for car rides and long walks. He is used to being crated in his foster home and likes to spend time chewing on a rawhide or his kong style toys. So if you have the time and patience to spend babying Calvin he is going to grow into a really nice family dog.
