Sweet 7 year old Lizzy was Orphaned when her family got divorced, and her divorced parents' couldn't find apartments that allowed pets. She is a very sweet, well mannered, very smart, boxer who is great with people, and cats, loves walks, gentle on leash, she is spayed and has had all shots and parasite free... She Looking for a loving indoor home preferably without other dogs, since she lived previously on a horse farm we know for sure both Horses & cats are just fine- What makes me very sad for this sweeite is that her recently divorced human parents had rescued Lizzy 5 years ago from a kill shelter and now this was her 2nd time in need of home- She is just as Sweet as can be with all people, horses and her foster brother the cat. Lizzy Loves walks, she is very gentle on leash, no food or toy or crate aggression whatsoever - knows sit, down, high five, and come. Loves Puperoni and doggie biscuits, she loves cuddling at your feet, and doing the "boxer side-body into yours push"... PLEASE if interested include NAME of Dog "Lizzy" as subject line, put your name, address and phone numbers and some info on your prior pets and boxer experience (if you have any)- if you are interested in adoption we require an APPLICATION, reference check , home interview too. To adopt Lizzy your home Must NOT have other dogs and Can not have dog visitors or go visit other dogs homes. Lizzy seems to be way to nervous around other dogs and will growl and cower. She is ADOPTABLE to approved home in southern-central VT and surrounding area.
