Say hello to Ozzie, a striking red merle Australian shepherd who just celebrated

his 5th birthday, and is ready to begin a new adventure. Ozzie loves to interact

with humans and asked to live with an active family. Ozzie's foster parent says

he likes to play with their other furry babies and is a good boy who knows how

to share doggy toys. "Fetch is one of his favorite games and he will greet you

at the door with his personal tug rope while prancing with joy. Ozzie is a lover,

freely giving cuddles and kisses. He enjoys a nice walk or car ride and if those

aren't in the cards, a nice nap will do fine. Does Ozzie sound perfect yet? Well, as

is true with most living creatures, Ozzie has one thing he is still working on. He

is wary of men and needs careful guidance while meeting humans of the male

persuasion. Ozzie requires time to trust a new man before he will be their friend.

Other than that, Ozzie has it all going on! He is potty trained and tells you when

he need to go outside with a cute little grumpily sound. He responds well to all

the commands a well trained gentleman should have in his repertoire like sit,

lay down, roll over, come and stay. Aussie Ozzie is a medium sized charmer with

medium energy. No high maintenance here. Would you like to be introduced

waiting for his new life with you.

Ozzie is UTD on all of his shots, neutered and has a microchip. He is heartworm

negative and takes heartworm preventative and Frontline to prevent fleas and

ticks. Ozzie has no children at his foster home so we do not know how he behaves

around them. He does gets anxious around cats. Ozzie is 5 years young and

weighs 55 pounds.
