Hi! My name is Sammy!!!
I'm a one year old Schipperke/Lab mix who loves to snuggle!! Yep, L-O-V-E to snuggle... I barely fit on my foster mom's lap, but will try cause I love hugs!!!
I'm very smart, active, loving, goofy and an awesome companion. I will never leave your side (except to chase a squirrel or a bird, of course).
Going on car rides, walking or jogging around the neighborhood and spending time with people are my favorite things in the world!!!!
I learned how to sit, down, stay, wait, leave it, give paws and I've been really good at walking on a leash. I'm very smart and eager to learn new tricks. I have successfully completed my obedience training classes and I can't wait for what brings next cause my foster mom said I'm super duper smart and can learn so much more!
I'm very friendly towards other dogs but I have strong chase instincts towards smaller animals (like squirrels or birds). I have seen cats and I'm curious about them, but they don't seem to like me cause I'm super big compared to them. I'm totally house trained and never damaged anything.
My foster mom says I can't contain my happiness being with people... she often says I have the sweetest eyes. She loves when I fold my ears back to show how much I'm happy to be with people and she loves when I give her hugs and kisses, when I bring her toys so we can play, stretch myself as if doing yoga or watch over her when she's working from home... That's right! I'm a super duper love bug! Ha!
I love playing with my stuffed animals, Kong filled with treats and play fetch.... And if I find a stick in the yard, I will play with it too...

Needs a home with fenced backyard, no small animals or cats. He's very good with other dogs and people at any age, however, he's clumsy at times when playful so I'd advice no small children.
He successfully completed obedience classes. He's very smart and could learn much more. Sammy is very eager to please and very loving. He's always patiently waiting for me to give him attention. He doesn't bark unless for warning. He just wants to be part of a family. In return, he will be your most loving and loyal BFF.
