Tommy is a wonderful, extremely loving boy who just wants to be cuddled and held(?). Tommy was rescued from a family who was keeping him confined in a small area, not allowing him to be a normal house companion. Tommy has a lot of energy that needs to be channeled and supervised as he is just now living his “puppyhood”. Tommy is house and crate trained. Tommy is being fostered in Northern Illinois.
