My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Buzz, the cutest orange boy. He is approximately 7-8 months old and was found with Mitzi living under a porch. Since nobody was feeding them, the group that trapped them could not put them back outside, so they called us. Although Buzz and Mitzi are not brother and sister, they do enjoy each other's company and, if possible, we would like to see them adopted together.

Buzz is at that tall, lanky "teenage" stage. Because he did not get enough attention as a kitten, it takes him a while to warm up to people. Buzz has made great strides in his foster home. He will take Pounce treats right from your hand, and come back for more. The biggest motivator for Buzz is food! He loves both wet and dry food - and lots of it.

Buzz is friendly with other cats and very playful. He would definitely benefit from living with another friendly kitten or young, playful adult cat. Laser light is his favorite exercise. He will engage with other toys, but not to a great extent (no toys living outside!) He needs an experienced adopter or someone with patience who can teach him how to act with strangers and continue building his confidence. It shouldn't take long - he's becoming very outgoing. This is an amazing opportunity to adopt a beautiful kitty and show him how awesome life can be in a loving home. He deserves to be loved and spoiled.

Buzz is neutered, tested negative for both FIV and FeLV, dewormed, current on all shots, and received a flea preventative. He is neat in the litter box, and good about using his cat tree or cardboard tray to scratch.
