Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Jetti came into our foundation after someone called and told me about a little Chihuahua that lived in the back of a convenience store where during the day he would sometimes get out the door and customers would find him wondering around the parking lot but at night he was locked up in a dark room in the back till the next day. A lady talked them into giving him up in hopes of finding him a better life. We where told he was around 10 years old and had never been to the vet. When I first saw him I could tell that he had some skin problems going on but nothing good wouldn’t take care of but other than that he was as cute and sweet as they come. The first night I took him home he acted as if he was starving so after a good meal he settled down as if he had always lived here. He got along great with the 3 other rescue dogs I have. I took him to the vet to have a check up and to get tested for heartworm, which was negative and then, set up an appointment to have him neutered and his teeth cleaned. They had to pull 3 teeth but he’s in good health. I’m not sure he is 10 because he doesn’t act like any 10 years old I have worked with before. Jetti is a man on the go! He loves to go for cars rides especially if they end up at Petsmart to get him some goodies. He walks great on a leash and is a very sweet boy that seems to like everyone but I don’t think he has been around kids so he would better in a house with none. I did find out that he doesn’t like big dogs because I think he thinks he one of them, he goes crazy when he sees my Lab so he would need a home with no big dogs only dogs his size. He loves smaller dogs. He has become a little spoiled because he likes to sleep in the bed with me and thinks it’s his bed too. So if your looking for a pretty little boy that’s on the go Jetti is your man.
