Dear sweet Howie is he best dog ever!! Howie is 6 years old and full of charm! The little guy is so easy going, he just wants a place to sleep next to you! Howie is great with dogs, cats, and people of all ages. It has been an absolute joy fostering Howie in our home bu he needs his very own forever home!
Howie is neutered, current on his vaccines, and micro chipped. The rescue pays his micro chip registration.
