Phoebe is an amazing, happy little lady who is bonded with his brother, Franklin. She is the leader of the pair and loves attention. She is not trained to walk on a leash, but she is doing well at using potty pads and will go outside in a fenced area. She takes some time to warm up to new people like many chihuahuas, but with patience she becomes your cuddle buddy. For more information, please call or email us. Phoebe and Franklin's adoption fee of $200 for the pair goes towards the cost of their medical care.
