My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Yogi is a very happy boy and will make someone a great dog!!! Yogi is young, probably only 12-18 months old, and is full of energy like an oversized puppy. He is extremely eager to please and is both highly motivated by food and affection. In Rottie terms, Yogi is very small and fluffy. He currently weighs 55 pounds and will probably not be any bigger than 75-80 pounds. When Yogi was first rescued, he had to undergo a minor procedure to remove his collar that had been imbedded in his neck. He also had a severe case of worms which limited his ability to gain weight. After several weeks of recovery, he's almost completely healed. Yogi is neutered, up-to-date on all vaccinations, and heartworm negative. Yogi loves to play, especially with other dogs of all sizes. He is very well socialized. He shares space in his foster home with three adult Rotties and his best friend, a 14 week old Pit Bull pup. Yogi has also had roommates that included several other small dogs and a 13 year old Junior High student. Yogi would do best in a home with someone who is willing to put forth the time necessary to properly train him. Documented completion of a training program may be required.
