Smoke is a gorgeous 2 year old male GSP who is pretty laid back for his young age. He was surrendered to the rescue by his owner (due to no fault of his own) and had previously been an outdoor dog. He is currently in a foster home in the Indianapolis area where he is working on house training and basic obedience. Smoke is also crate trained.

Smoke does well with other dogs and seems to like just about everyone that he meets. Due to his interest in exploring surrounding areas when given the chance, Smoke will require a physical fence at his future forever home.

Please note: DUE TO THE LARGE VOLUME OF EMAILS RECEIVED, AN APPLICATION MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE WE CAN ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS CONCERNING OUR PETS. Thank you for understanding. The Application must be submitted and approved to adopt one of our dogs. An application submitted tells us you are serious about adopting, not just window shopping.


A $350.00 donation applies to most of the dogs in our program. The donation goes towards spaying/neutering, vaccinations, medications, heartworm preventative or treatment, worming medication, Microchipping, food and grooming supplies.
