Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Oscar is a 10 pound 1 ½-2 year old Chihuahua/Pug Mix. He is a fun loving, playful pup who enjoys everyone he meets, young and old. If you are willing to play with Oscar or just pet him, you will have a friend for life. He has been exposed to children from 8-18 and a lot of them. He is pleased to be around all of them. The constant in and out does not bother him.

Oscar is very well behaved. He is crate trained and potty trained. Oscar is not a fan of our Iowa winters, he goes out, does his business and will whimper at the door when he wants back in. He has not had an accident in the house. Oscar is a pretty quiet guy, he isn’t a barker and when he is kenneled he does not whimper or whine.

Oscar would love to have playmates. He loves to play with other dogs and would like to play with cats but the cats in his foster home are not a fan of playing with him yet. He does the play bow and tries really hard but so far the cats have remained aloof.

Because Oscar is so small he would do well in a home with older children and a fenced yard.

Oscar has had his rabies, distemper, and bordatella vaccinations and was recently neutered. He is micro chipped and is Heartworm negative. All he needs is a forever home.
