My story

Max is a 5.5 year old cattle dog mix. Maybe Blue Heeler and Rottweiler. He weighs about 75 pounds.

Max is very friendly with people. He plays and gets along well with female dogs, but will need to be in a home with no male dogs. Typical of his breed, Max is quite a talker. He loves attention, belly rubs or just to lay with his head in your lap.

Max is neutered, current on vaccinations, micro-chipped and has had a vet exam. He has recovered from knee surgery and doing quite well. His adoption fee is $350.

Why adoption is a great option

Max, a Lynnwood Blue Heeler/Rottweiler dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Blue Heeler/Rottweiler for sale in Lynnwood, or seeking a Blue Heeler/Rottweiler dog from a breeder in Lynnwood.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lynnwood already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lynnwood breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Blue Heeler/Rottweiler breeders who help with Blue Heeler/Rottweiler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lynnwood paves the way for another one to be saved.
