My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Courtesy Post! Please Contact her rescuer Roxy: rogarcia58@yahoo.com for all inquiries and application. Lucy is a Cocker Spaniel mix. She is between 1-2 years old, weighs 15 lbs. and is perfectly house trained. She was rescued when found running in and out of traffic, after trying to eat out of a fried chicken box someone had thrown out in the street. While dodging traffic to eat the left overs as soon as her rescuer called her over she came running over ready to eat the treats out of her hand. Lucy had some signs of neglect but it was really just her unkept coat, she shows no signs of being abused or mishandled. Lucy is now a happy little... girl that loves playing with her toys. She would fit perfectly with a family that will include her in their daily life. Children in the family should be 6 years old or older. Lucy is leash trained and loves to go for walks. Lucy loves people, children and is dog and cat friendly. She is in great health and is up to date on shots. She is ready to find her special home! She has a sweet, affectionate personality that is guaranteed to win your heart. If you are interested in learning more about Lucy and how to adopt her, please e-mail her foster at rogarcia58@yahoo.com to set up a meet-and-greet! There is an application to fill out, standard adoption donation $175, home visit where applicable and if you are not local to Houston, it's a must you come into town to meet Ms Lucy.
