Harvey was a county dog , that was saved by a fellow rescuer.
He has had his leg amputated from a old unknown injury. Harvey hads no idea he has 3 legs.
Harvey is a KIND and Lovely soul, who LOVES CHILDREN, cats and dog friendly.
