Monkeyshine is a sweet little 5 year old Black short haired kitty that is waiting for someone to see her and fall in love! She was surrendered to our shelter in August 2014 after her owner could no longer take care of her due to medical reasons. She was a loving companion for so many years, and now she needs a second chance at a forever home.

Monkeyshine has lived with other cats, but she likes to be little miss bossy pants around the other shelter cats. She is not used to living with dogs, but here at the shelter she avoids them. She does like to climb onto our laps for some cuddle time, and is used to sleeping in bed with her special person. Monkeyshine was always an indoor cat and is litter-trained. She is affectionate, playful and is usually found hanging out in our office area greeting visitors.

Monkeyshine has been spayed, is up to date on her vaccinations, treated for fleas/parasites, and will also be microchipped prior to adoption. If you are interested in finding out more about this sweet kitty, please contact our office or stop by and ask to meet her in person.
