My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Vin! There is something very special about Vin. He has soft brown eyes that look at you so lovingly. He is the type of dog that will be your best friend and your comfort. Vin is so loving and sweet. He is a very good kisser and will snuggle and melt into you. He has a heart of gold. He is very smart too and will come and sit at your feet when called.

Vin is about 3 years old and 16 lbs. He loves to play with toys, enjoys a good ball game in the back yard, loves walking or going for a hike, and he especially loves spending time with you. He moves like a prancing, leaping giselle. He will keep you laughing as he does silly things like climbing a tree to look for a bird. He is the perfect dog for someone who wants a small dog, that does not act like a small dog. He is a sensitive guy, but nothing yappy about Vin. We think he would make a great dog for a family with older kids or with someone with some energy who has a secure fenced yard where he will have room to play and explore. As far as Vin's breed mix, we are not sure. He definitely looks like a terrier, but he has very silky, wavy fur tips like a havenese. That may explain his very sweet disposition.

Vin was rescued from the deadly San Bernardino Shelter in CA and transported to Seattle. His adoption fee includes: neuter, vaccinations, health certificate, heartworm test, microchip, flea treatment and transportation from Southern California to Seattle. We are able to do adoptions in Seattle and surrounding areas. Adoption Fee: $325
