My story

This dog's fosterhome is located in: Norton, Kansas

Here is Sportster (or "Sport," as he is usually called). He is a handsome guy of 1-2 years old, and about 15 pounds with the cutest button ears, which tip more on one side than the other. Sport is a happy little clown who enjoys being near people but has trouble sitting still on a lap...he keeps trying to kiss necks, hands, arms, and faces! When he gets done kissing he is able to sit more quietly. He likes being brushed and petted so will hold still if he's getting this pleasant attention. Sport is a non-dominant dog. As such, he is at the bottom of the pack in his foster home, so he gets picked on by all the boys. One of his foster sisters plays very well with him, though, and he loves this activity. He loves a good romp and would enjoy having doggy siblings as long as they were not real dominant. Sport doesn't know what to think of cats; he would probably chase a runner but if the cat just stands there he is a bit intimidated. He is fine with children over age 5, but has not been exposed to younger children.


OUR ADOPTION FEE is $150 ($175 for puppies younger than 12 months; $200 for American Hairless Terriers).
