Posted 5/29/15. (Please read entire description before contacting us) Schnitzel is a super cute, adorable miniature wire hair Dachshund who came from us from an individual who could no longer take care of him and where for some time he did not get the care he needed. Schnitzel has a very nice personality: he is very friendly and affectionate, inquisitive and just overall adorable. He is a bit timid initially, mainly because he was not exposed to many things while with his previous owner. His foster mom has nothing but good things to report about him: he is doing great on his house training, he loves to interact with her other pup, he is playful and LOVES his food. Schnitzel is overall very well behaved, he is calm and rather quiet. For Schnitzel we are looking for a home where he gets a lot of attention from his humans and with hopefully another pup his size that he can bond and play with. Fenced in yard is a plus. Schnitzel is about 4 years old, he weighs about 10 lbs. He is scheduled to be neutered and to have his teeth cleaned on 6/2/15. He is current on vaccinations including Rabies, tested negative for Heartworm, is on heartworm/flea prevention and he is micro chipped. Schnitzel will be ready to go to his new forever home 6/5/15.
