My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Josie is an adorable and easy going Labrador. She is 15 weeks old and is crate trained and still working on her house training. She has a very good social sense about and with other dogs. She is good with kids as she does not jump and isn't a nipper - she is quite gentle and sweet. She is meeting kitties and her instinct is playful puppy, not harm. She is good on leash and is learning some of her basic commands in her foster home. Although she would be fine in a single dog home, she would prefer another dog or pup companion. She loves swimming and will enjoy a lake, pond or pool in her forever home.

She will be ready for her new home July 1st after a 14 day post-transport quarantine is complete. Please read our adoption process on www.3clr.org before applying. Only apply if you have a known and good vetting history and live approximately one hour from zip code 48164. Josie is fostered in Brownstown, MI and applicants will be expected to do meet and greet with her locally and have a home visit prior to adoption.

Her adoption fee is $350.00 and that includes all puppy shots, rabies, deworming, pre-paid lifetime registration microchip, leash, collar and a 3 day supply of her food. Since she is a bit too young for spay, she will adopt on spay contract that requires spay at 6 months of age.
