Help Re-home Belle...
Here is her story:
"One morning my sister opened my front door and a black cat ran inside my house. She called my name and yelled there was a cat in the house. It was very cold outside, so I made her a box with a blanket and some food on our front porch. I left for work and when I returned that night, Belle was still on my front porch. The temperature got down to about 6 degrees that night, so I put her in my garage and gave her a heater to keep her warm.
A couple of days later, I notice she had a limp. I could not afford to take Belle to the vet, so my girlfriend contacted a friend and I was put in tough with New Leash on Life. New Leash paid for her vet visit. We found out she had an old fracture in her leg that never healed properly. Her leg was re-broken and she now has 2 pins in her leg. I had to keep her confined for 6 weeks and she healed wonderfully. New Leash also paid for her to be spayed and all shots were up to date. How old she is, I am not quite sure; somewhere in the neighborhood of 10-12 months; when I got her she was about 5 lbs but now she loves to eat.
Belle is very playful, and she can be laid back. She does sleep with me when she wants, but she loves sleeping in my leather computer chair. I don’t know if Belle is just playing with my dog or if she is being mean, but if my dog is walking by Belle, she will hit Coco with her claws and then I hear Coco yell. Coco had been an only dog before Belle arrived...and Belle, she may have had a bad experience with a dog while fending for herself...we just don't know the background.
Belle loves the laser lights; she loves going in my overnight bag and inside boxes. She even gives me kisses when I ask for a kiss."
Belle's mom works full time and is about to start a second part-time job. She lives with her sister. her sister's small chidlren and a dog...with life in full swing and time not on her side...she would like to re-home Belle into a better suited home.
