My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Smudge is a 47 pound, 7 year old pointer mix. She's a great dog who prefers women over men. And would do best if placed with a female or all female home.

If allowed to approach people in her own way/time, she does great (no look, no touch, no talk). In time she warms up nicely. She's very shy, timid and is almost mother like to the other dogs in the home.

Adult only household would be best. She's house broken/can NOT be put in a crate. She has separation anxiety. If she can see you but can't get to you, she cries loudly/panics. But is fine if she knows your leaving, in the car.

She does fine with little dogs. But will screams if around big, HIGH energy dogs.

Loves to go for walks and just enjoys being with you. But is also ok just going off on her own to nap. Her adoption fee is $250.
