Here's what the humans have to say about me:

"Penny" is a cute young adult female Chihuahua who arrived at the HSOV on June 14, 2013 along with her mother ("Macey") and several of their best friends. "Penny" has a tan short smooth coat, a white chest, and a darling face with a thin white stripe on her muzzle/forehead. She lets her ears fall naturally and does not hold them erect which gives her such a sweet appearance smile emoticon "Penny & Macey" have been in foster care for the past 1-1/2 years and are now ready to interview candidates for their permanent family. Their foster mother writes that .. "Penny follows Macy's lead almost everywhere except the kitchen. Penny loves to be in the kitchen when there is any action :) She likes to look for dropped crumbs. Penny is slower to warm up to people, but once she decides you are ok, she will let you hold her on her back like a baby. She is definitely a lap dog. Penny occasionally likes to fuss with Macey, but then she lets her mom groom her from ear to ear. She loves to lay on the heat vent in front of the window in the sunshine. Penny runs into her kennel at night for a piece of hot dog (a nightly ritual).
