My story

This is Candy! This adorable came to us as a rescue from a shelter in New Mexico. Sadly, her owner died unexpectedly, leaving her and 3 other dogs behind. The Positive News is that they are all with ANBAR. Candy is a Chihuahua-Terrier mix and about 5 years old. Understandably, she is a little shy but warms up quickly. She is great with other small dogs and playful. She seems to enjoy people food, so we think her owner may have indulged them. But she is learning to enjoy dog food.
