Flower is a pretty and sad little pittie girl who has stolen the hearts of all who meet her. She was found in bad condition, covered in fleas but is feeling better now with treatment. Adoptions may be made only to residents of Smyth County, Virginia and the adjacent counties of Bland, Grayson, Russell, Tazewell, Washington, and Wythe. A reimbursable spay/neuter fee of $60 is required for unsterilized dogs at the time of adoption and will be reimbursed to the veterinary facility performing the procedure.
