TOULOUSE
Born ~ June 4, 2015, Lynx Point Siamese Mix.
Toulouse and his little brother George were picked up from a shelter by their foster mom. The two little guys had been there for about a week.
Toulouse has the lightest sky-blue eyes and the cutest face with dark tipped ears. He has tan stripes on his legs that are continuing to get darker in color in contrast to his creamy white body. He also has stripes above his eyes on his face. He's a little tiger! He has two white stripes on his tail. Toulouse has a cute brown and light pink nose outlined in black, reminiscent of a fox.
By the end of the first day, Toulouse had jumped into his foster mom's lap and stayed for a while. And he hasn't stopped since! Toulouse and his brother follow their foster mom around everywhere she goes. From the couch to the kitchen to the bathroom, they go wherever she goes. Toulouse loves to explore and is not as timid as his brother. Toulouse is a little play monster; he loves, loves, loves to play. Nonstop!
He will bring his toy mice to his foster mom so she can throw it and he can "fetch" it like a dog. It is quite adorable. He plays with everything he can get his little paws on, although a ribbon wand and his mice are always playtime winners.
Did she mention this cute kitty loves his tummy rubbed? It totally melts her heart. This kitty is more of a dog than a cat to her. He also loves food. He always finishes his food faster than his brother and then tries to eat George's food (George usually lets him). This may be hard to believe because Toulouse is smaller than his brother. Because he is so playful, his foster mom thinks it must burn all those calories!
Toulouse usually takes a nap wherever he pleases but halfway through, he wakes up and finds his foster mom for some rubs then falls back asleep in her lap. Toulouse is also a climber; he loves to get to high places (so does his brother, but Toulouse is a little more adventurous and takes more risks climbing and playing with new toys). Toulouse loves to be held like baby, on his back where his foster mom has easy access to his tummy for rubs. He is very persistent when he wants rubs and will plop at her feet or meow for attention. Toulouse likes to announce when he is ready to go to the bathroom or when he lost his toy. He will meow/talk if he can’t find his foster mom or his brother as well. Toulouse is such a people pleaser. If his foster mom makes eye contact with him and talks to him, he will almost always come over to her and give her some lovin'. Toulouse loves getting "lovins" and will make that known with plenty of chin rubs or meows or "kneading."
We prefer that these two little boys, who are quite opposite in their personalities, but very loving towards each other, are adopted together. They are always grooming each other and playing around very nicely. They are normally found sleeping together. They both meow when they can't find each other.
Toulouse eats wet and dry food and is litterbox perfect. He is fostered in Davis, CA.
