Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This shy little fellow has been in a foster home and it really helped him...Is very submissive but will bond to a person who shows him love....6 lb....www.kentuckydachshundrescue.com 5 yrs oldHi there! I am Zach's foster mom, Sienna. He would make a good companion for elderly people, or a young single, but I don't think that he would do well with small children. He must have been abused in his earlier days, because he is always very wary of sounds and quick movements. He's a nervous little guy, and I'd be afraid that kids would be way too much for him He is great with other small dogs , unknown about cats..not leash trained. Would be a great at home little dog, but fearful of strange situations...
