Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We can't believe what a beautiful old soul this guy became after a much needed grooming day at the SPCA spa!! He was a real mess!! Casper is a Cocker Spaniel about 12 years old. We believe that he is deaf & has very few teeth. He appears to be housebroke. This handsome boy deserves to live out the rest of his life with someone who will love him!!! Please share & let's find this sweet man a family!!
