My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jazmine is about 6 years old and was totally an outside dog. She is now spayed (no more puppies here!) and current on everything waiting on her forever home. She seems to be close on being housebroken now. She loves attention and loving. She came right to me and laid down for pets. She does have one quirk...food. She will zone in on any food that is around and quickly becomes obsessed. She demonstrated it by zoning in on a sealed dog food bag. She is low thyroid so we are hoping that in a few weeks that obsession will lessen as the medication begins to kick in. If that doesn't happen she will need a diligent owner who will not overfeed her. She has the potential to become one of those grossly obese dogs if she is in the wrong environment.

On the other hand that food motivation can be used to give her something to do by working with her in obedience or agility. This girl might be a great 4-H project dog for a kid!
