Penelope is a little ball of fun. She is a tiny little Chi-Weenie, about 6lbs., maybe 4 years old. She uses potty pads and goes outside to potty. She gets along great with other dogs after being properly introduced. She loves to wrestle and play tug with her foster siblings. She LOVES to run laps in the yard. She is a barker at new things and weird noises. Sometimes she gets over stimulated when new people come over and she can be a little nippy. We are working on this and she is coming along pretty well. She walks great in a harness. She loves to play with toys day and night. She is crate trained. She loves to give kisses even when you may not want them. Sometimes she can guard your lap but as long as you let her know that's unacceptable she can share a lap with others. She loves treats and to be spoiled.

Penelope has been spayed, UTD on vaccines, heartworm tested, and micro chipped in preparation for adoption. Her adoption donation is $200.
