Emmy Lou is a 4 month old boxer mix puppy. She currently weighs 16 pounds and has a beautiful dark brindle coat with a white belly and 4 white legs. Emmy is a snuggle-bug type who loves to be held and cuddled on the couch by her human family, but she is also 'tough' and play-fights with her (much bigger) foster brothers and sisters all day long. Emmy is quite smart, having learned to use her foster's dog doors in less than 1 day. She is also very quiet and mild-mannered in the house. Emmy sleeps quietly in her crate all night long. Emmy Lou is working on potty training, and she is starting to alert her fosters when she needs to go outside. Emmy rides wonderfully in a car, and she likes cats too. (Though, she will try to play with them!) Emmy is healthy and is spayed/chipped/vaccinated. She should do well in virtually any adoptive home, but we know she would love for her to go to a home with other dogs to befriend. She is fostered in Ridgefield, CT
