My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Autumn was rescued from a high kill shelter and then abandonded by her "rescuer." She is one of the worst abuse/neglect cases we have ever seen. She has numerous scars, broken teeth, and she is missing some hair. She has had surgery to remove benign mammary tumors and is on the road to recovery and is doing great!

She is very low energy and enjoys just loafing on the couch. She's quiet, laid back and very well behaved. At 40 lbs of short, bulldog stockiness, she's the perfect size. She is not destructive or noisy and you can easily forget she's there. She loves to cuddle and give kisses once she learns she can trust you. She would make a wonderful companion for anyone who wants a sweet, easy-going pet. She gets along well with other dogs and cats. She walks great on a leash (she loves her walks!) and is crate trained. Because of her sensitive skin, she does require a high quality (holistic) diet and fish oil supplements to help restore her coat and keep her in the best health possible.
