At 12 years old, Emma is our longest resident and the true mascot of the shelter! This sweet Boxer/Am Staff mix may have a few years under her belt, but don’t let her age fool you—she’s still got plenty of pep in her step. Whether it’s running in the yard or going for a walk, Emma’s always ready for some fun and adventure.
Emma is a pro at everything—she’s a leash-walking expert (though she might pull a little if she spots something interesting!), and she’s always ready to show off her royal swagger. When she’s not out enjoying the great outdoors, she’s living the good life in her very own room, lounging on the couch like the queen she truly is.
While Emma enjoys being the center of attention, she prefers to be the only pet in the household. She’s looking for a family that can give her all the love and affection she deserves as an only child. Emma may be our longest resident, but she’s waiting for a home to call her own, where she can truly rule the roost and continue to enjoy her golden years.
**Reminder** We are facilitating adoptions by appointment ONLY. If you arrive at the shelter without an appointment we will not be able to accommodate you. Thank you for your understanding.
