My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

DESCRIPTION: Callie is a darling, sweet natured 1.5 year old girl. We believe she is a havanese and a poodle mix. Her coat is long and white like a havanese. Her body is more like a poodle with long legs. She is around 15 lbs, so a perfect size for walking, getting out of cars and hiking. She is getting groomed on Tuesday, so we will be sharing more pics after. ;)

PERSONALITY: Callie is friendly with people and other dogs. She is sweet and good natured. The shelter said she was fearful, but it's a scary place and we are not seeing any fear issues in a home setting. She is actually pretty laid back and easy to take care of. She is house broken and good around cats.

CARE: She had her vaccinations including rabies. She is heart worm negative and comes with a health certificate. She is spayed, microchipped and vet checked in both CA and Seattle.

IDEAL HOME: We think Calie will be good with anyone who will be kind and loving to her. She is a sensitive breed, so she will need an owner that will be sensitive to her feelings. Her adopter must have time to spend with her and have a fenced in yard, or able to give her the exercise she needs. Cats, dogs and older kids are fine.
FEE: $395

POLICY AND PROCESS: We are unable to do out of state adoptions. We do not ship dogs. Every potential adopter will be asked to fill out an application and meet in person. A home safety check is also required. We love our dogs and want them safe and happy. You can copy an application from our website, or email us and we will send one to you.
