Updated bio 6-15-6 Riley is 7.5 years old. He is a sweet Yorkie who weighs only 5.5 pounds. Riley is being fostered in St. Augustine, FL. Riley's adoption fee is $300 and includes all vetting (neuter, dental cleaning, immunizations, microchip and chip registration). A Vet reference, personal references, and home visit are required for adoption. You may apply to adopt Riley by going to our website at www.unitedyorkierescue.org and completing the adoption application located on our home page.
Hi everyone. My name is Riley and I am just about 7 ½ years old. I am 5.5 pounds of nothing but sweetness. That’s what my foster mom says, anyway. It was sad when my first mom could not take care of me because of some things happening in her life. She contacted United Yorkie Rescue and here I am. I am being fostered in the oldest city in USA, well that’s what they tell me, and that is St Augustine, FL.
There are 3 other Yorkies here and a CAT!!!! We all get along just fine. I have learned how to go outside into the yard to do my business. I really do know how to behave. I love to play with all the toys in the house. Most of all I love my foster mom and dad's laps.
Sometimes we go for walks in the evening, but I’m not too fond of that. I love car rides. Foster mom has to check on me because I am so good and just sit there. She has to make sure I am okay, I am so quiet, just minding my own business.
When it's bedtime I will go into my bed, but I always end up in my foster parents’ bed by morning time! Now my foster mom would like to say a few words about what a wonderful pup I am.
Hello, this is Riley’s Foster Mom. Riley is a wonderful little guy. He had his dental and only had two teeth pulled. Now he has bright shiny teeth. He was also groomed and he was such a good boy at the groomer’s. They couldn’t get over what a sweet fellow Riley is. Riley is a little frightened of loud noises and fast movements. Riley is a great little guy and would be a great pup for the right family
Riley is up to date on all vaccinations, and has been neutered. He is ready to go to his forever home. If you want the most perfect little dog, Riley may be the one for you. Please, because of Riley’s small size, he can’t go to a home with children under 14 years old. Please fill out an adoption application and remember Riley is his name.
