This dog's fosterhome is located in: Parsonsfield, Maine
Say Hi to Belle! She is a very young 7-year-old. This happy girl loves to bounce around the house and get belly rubs. She is a bit overweight at 22 lbs. but is working on that each day, and dropping a few will help her bounce more. Belle is totally house-trained, and does well with other dogs, cats, and kids. She is confident and has no fear of the other dogs but is respectful of them. She doesn't really play with toys yet but will cuddle during TV time and certainly when it's time to find a spot under a blanket. A ride in the car is a treat and she minds her manners while she patiently awaits you. Belle was surrendered to Ratbone with her "sister," Dory, and their former vet said that they'd been well cared for most of their lives. Belle did test positive for antibodies of Lyme disease and she is being treated for that. She does have a bit of a limp, which the doctor says is likely related to that, but it doesn't stop her from popping up in the recliner or welcoming her foster parents home. Her beautiful eyes will warm your heart!
OUR ADOPTION FEE is $150 ($175 for puppies younger than 12 months; $200 for American Hairless Terriers).
