If an animal is still posted for adoption, he/she is still available. If you see this this post, she is available for adoption so there is no need to email us for availability. We do not have an actual building so there are no viewing hours. All of our animals are cared for in foster homes. Meet Bella, Bella was born around 5-6-2016 She and her 4 siblings were found outside under a deck, locally, when she and her littermates were only 4 weeks old. Sadly mom was hit by a car. All of Bella's siblings have now found homes, and Bella is waiting patiently for her loving family to come get her. Could that be you?
Bella is a friendly sweet kitty, but can be a little shy/timid. It will likely take her a bit to warm up to people she doesn't know. Once she does, she will be a fabulous companion. Because she is a little timid we feel a home with children 12+ would be best as we don't feel she would do well with the hustle and bustle that goes with young children. She is great with other cats, but we aren't sure about dogs as the foster doesn't have any. With proper introductions with a cat friendly dog we think she would do just fine.
Because Bella is a little timid, it may take more then a 30 minute meet and greet to get to know her personality, and to really see what a wonderful kitty she is. We are willing to do a 2 week adoption trial with her new family so that you can see how sweet this girl is. If after the two weeks you feel Bella isn't the right match for you, we will take her right back.
Bella is being fostered in a home in Shorewood, Illinois, which is where you would go to meet her with an approved adoption application.
An adoption application must be submitted prior to making an appointment for a meet and greet. Adoption applications can be completed by clicking on this link http://angelsonwheels.org/feline-adoption-application/ Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal, but is required prior to making arrangements for a meet and greet as all of our animals are cared for in homes. We can't schedule meet and greets until the application is submitted and approved.
The adoption fee of $50.00 includes:
Spaying which is now done
Microchip,
She has received all of her kitten FVRCP vaccinations.
Rabies Vaccination
Regular deworming while in our care
Received Ponazuril
Tested for Felv which was negative
Tested for FIV, which was negative,
Treated with either revolution then repeated 2 weeks later,
Fecal tested negative,
You will also receive a free health exam visit to either Crest Hill Cat and Dog Clinic, Yorkville Animal Hospital, Midwest Animal Hospital in Orland Park, Woodridge Animal Hospital, Wheaton Animal Hospital, Countryside Animal Clinic of Carol Stream or Naperville Animal Hospital.
