My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jackson is 2 years old, salt and pepper, with a natural tail. He is tall, lean, and weighs about 18 pounds. Jackson came to us from a shelter. Jackson is housebroken and his tendency to mark is greatly improved since his neutering. He is high energy and loves to play with other dogs, but does not care for cats. Because he probably spent a lot of time in a crate, he does not like it, but will go in with a little coaching. He has a little quirk where he growls when he is eating, probably also due to his having to fight for food. While you can pet him while he eats, he has to growl. He should be fed in his crate separately from other dogs. We feel Jackson would do best in a home with a fenced yard and no children under 12. If you have it in your heart to help show Jackson that life can be more than a cage, he will give back 10 times over.

Jackson is being fostered in Cincinnati by Amy (amyswallace@earthlink.net}.
