Charlie is a 1.5 year old male Shih Tzu (born 1/2015) who is currently living with a foster family and looking for a forever home! He is a sweet boy who likes other animals as well as playing fetch with toys, going for walks, and snuggling on the couch. Charlie is housebroken and learning basic commands. He will do best in a home without small children and with people who have had Shih Tzus or similar breeds previously.
