My name is Morgan and I am searching for my new loving, supportive, forever home, with a forever friend, since my Mommy got ill and now lives in a Nursing facility. I miss her lovin' and I have so much lovin' to give!
Let me tell you about who I am. I think that I'm either 12 or 13 years old but don't let my age fool you cause I still have a lot of life and play in me!!! I love to play with adults and children and would make a great leg side companion for anyone who is kind, will not holler at me, will not hit me or abuse me but appreciate me for all the love and joy and energy that I can share. I've never been abused.
I have really good manners, have lived inside in a conditioned house all my life. I don't like to stay outside in the heat or cold for any length of time. I am totally house broken and I must have a big bladder cause since my Mommy's been sick, I've held my pee for probably 10hrs. Not good for me but I knew I had to do it! Not sure who my canine Mom or Dad are although one must have been a terrier and the other part Pit. As you can tell in my pictures, I must say that I am a beautiful girl with one ear up and one ear winking at you all the time. My Mommy thought that was unique! I love to eat...mostly whatever food and I love to play with toys and chew on plastic cups although I am not destructive. I like to hear the noise! I love to play ball, too! I listen really well and will not get up on the furniture unless you allow it and then I'll probably cuddle with you.
I would say that I'm a medium built girl with nice hair, no allergies, pretty toenails and a nice figure of about 40lbs, maybe 2'tall and I've never had any puppies cause I'm spayed. I am strong and could probably use some training not to pull when I'm on a leash but I love to run so I would make a wonderful short run jogging companion in the cooler weather. I do well when someone reminds me not to pull , in other words, you can teach this dog new tricks and commands! I have lived with inside cats previously and raised Blackie from a kitten although I like to chase them (and rabbits and squirrels) if I'm outside.
I'm in really good health, have good teeth, no allergies, no ear mites, no fleas, no bad habits and I think my Mommy has me UTD on my shots.
I do kinda talk and snort when you rub me or love on me cause it feels so good ;-)
My Mommy's Best Friend, Mary, is taking very good care of me until I find my new Forever Home and Forever Companion. I have the run of my Mommy's apartment and I sleep well on her queen size bed (I use to sleep with my Mommy) with a crystal chandler in my bedroom. Guess you could say I'm kinda living like a princess now although Mary's health will not allow her to take responsibility to exercise, play and give me the degree of affection and attention that I would like to have.
Although I'm doing well, I am sadden that I'm all alone therefore I welcome a good new loving home.
