My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bridget is a super sweet, happy go lucky 10 year old girl. She does have nuclear sclerosis (in her eyes) which means she has some depth perception problems, but she gets around great despite her limitations. She came into our rescue with her brother, Tucker, who is also available for adoption. Tyson's Place Animal Rescue's mission is to assist terminally ill people with finding homes for their pets, and Bridget came to us when her owner became too ill to care for her and her brother.

She is a toy American Eskimo so her long coat will need routine brushing or grooming.

She loves the outdoors, exploring the yard at her fosters house, and she has been around cats. She lived with adults her whole life, so she hasn't had much experience with kids, but could do ok if someone understands that she has vision limitations and goes slow with her. In fact, we had her at an outdoor adoption event where she met lots of small children with no issues. She is housebroken as long as she gets enough trips outside and she is given enough time outdoors to do her business. She is crate trained. Altogether, she is a spunky little girl, and everyone she meets falls in love with her. You will too!
