My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Radar. He is a Red-Bellied Senegal, presumed Male, and is approximately 3 years old. He was very loved and cared for by his previous owner, however circumstances would not allow him to hang onto him. Radar can be the sweetest bird ever, and also snap at the drop of a hat and not be so nice. We consider him our "bipolar" resident. His personality most resembles one of a cat. He doesn't require too much affection, but there are times when he can be very needy. He will also on occasion fly off his cage and onto your shoulder for attention and snuggles. He loves being out of his cage and around people. Radar is very male preferential and will NOT be adopted out to a woman, NO EXCEPTIONS. His ideal home would be one with a single male or predominantly male owner who can spend a great deal of time with him. He also, does not do well with other birds therefore would need to be an only bird. He is still very young and would have no problem bonding with his new human given the proper time, and environment.
