Meet Lily, the sweetest, most darling girl! She was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Chicago where they had to amputate part of her tail due to severe injury and infection. She was so badly infested with fleas that she lost a section of hair on her back end (it’s grown back) and also had pneumonia. But none of that kept her sweet personality from shining through. She is clearly SO happy and ready to move on with her life. She is currently living with a Pittie foster sister and they adore each other. She is great with all people she has met and also children. Her foster mom had her out walking and she met the neighbor kids and just put her head in their laps for love. Each day she comes out of her shell more and more and is just loving life! She is housebroken, knows some commands and is a WONDERFUL house guest. She's thought to be around 6 or 7. She loves to play with her toys and her sister but is also very content to just chill. She is such a well behaved girl.
