Foster and/or Adopter Needed!

Meet Chaya! Chaya is a beautiful, loving 11 year old teddy bear of a girl, but don't let her age fool you. Chaya loves to hike, fetch, play tug of war, and most of all, snuggle. She is well trained with basic commands. Chaya needs a home with no other dogs, except for the possibility of small dogs with proper introduction. She is protective and shows it when brought around other dogs. Chaya does do well with cats. Small children can sometimes overwhelm her, too. Because of her age and health, Chaya is on a prescription diet, which she never fusses about.

Chaya needs and deserves a home where she will be given lots of love and attention. She is a total sweetheart that wants to go out and exercise with you during the day and curl up with you at night.

If you are interested in adopting and/or fostering Chaya, please call (970)641-1173. GVAWL covers all expenses while a dog is in a foster home. You just provide the love and attention and take her to meet and greets with potential adopters from time to time.
