Meet Oreo , he came to us from a shelter in OH . Oreo is in foster with dogs and cats and he is coming out of his shell. he is currently being leash walked but would LOVE a fenced in yard to run in . Border Collies need a job and Oreo is a very smart boy , he does know some basic commands already . He is housebroken however he does mark some in the house ( he will be neutered soon and hopefully that will correct it ) .
